Recently I entered in a giveaway here at Pineland Treasures blog. Oddly enough I won one of Barb's vessels which I love. Can you explain why these are called vessels? She also put one of her pillows in with it. Thank you Barb, I love your things and look at your doll everyday.

This has been a fairly busy week.  Norm is doing fine, now I needed to go to the doctor for my famous sinuses.  We talked a bit about Norm and he reassured me I've done the right thing for him so this is good.  Also gave me a shot for my sinuses which has helped.  Tonight was the wire wrapping class through the Independence Art Guild.  I actually got 4 wrapped and they turned out well even for me.  It's a fun group of ladies.

Tomorrow I go for a haircut and will stop in JoAnn's while I am over there.

Norm is doing well for the most part.  We all laugh at him which is good. There have been a couple of sad things at the house...2 residents passed away, so there was a lot of commotion.  Hope everyone is well.

Thank you for your kind words and photos, Peggy. I think if a "vessel" as something with an opening that can hold things. Other than that, I don't know why I call them "vessels", think I just like the word. Lol
Glad all is going well for you as the holidays approach. I'd love to see your wire-wrapping projects!

Hi Peggy. What is the vessel in the first photo made of? Is that felted wool? The colors sure are beautiful. Happy all is going well for you and Norm.

Cathy, yes it is wool. LOL Barb it's not the first time I've heard them called vessels, so maybe we can do some research!

Hi Peggy. The vessel is lovely and such bright colors. I think a vessel is something that is open at the top and holds things. I think of a vessel that holds water but ships are "sailing vessels". It would be fun to research the word. Love the cute pillow.

Glad to hear that Norm is doing well. Hope your sinus problem improves.
